Dr. Curls does not accept or bill insurance.

This allows more time to care for you which often results in shorter plans of care - saving you time (and money) in the long run. If you would like to use your healthcare benefits, Dr. Curls can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement and can accept FSA/HSA funds as payment. Reimbursement and FSA/HSA eligibility is not guaranteed. Please call your insurance provider to verify your benefits and their protocol for processing superbills to ensure a smoothing billing experience.
