That idea is where this work started. Since 2024, the Healthy Parents, Healthy Babies Initiative

has provided 525 free perinatal physical therapy sessions to parents who now know that pain, leaking, and a body that feels unfamiliar after birth are not things they simply have to live with.

When we started, we focused our efforts on patients that were pregnant or postpartum. Now, we're expanding our impact to include preconception so patients can receive true wraparound care without barriers. ​​​​
