Pricing & Insurance

 

At Dr. Curls for the Girls, we offer perinatal physical therapy and wellness services through a personalized, cash-based care model. Our pricing reflects the depth, expertise, and one-on-one attention provided in every session—allowing us to deliver care that is thoughtful, unrushed, and tailored to your body and goals.

 

We believe pricing should be transparent and aligned with value. Rather than billing insurance for brief, standardized visits, our approach prioritizes time, education, and whole-body support so you receive care that truly addresses the root of your concerns. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as HSA/FSA cards. Superbills are available upon request for out-of-network reimbursement.

All services at Dr. Curls for the Girls include:

  • One-on-one care with a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy

This structure allows your care to evolve with you—whether you’re focused on fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or primary pelvic health.

Initial Evaluations

 

Prenatal, Postpartum, Primary Physical Therapy

In-office & Virtual

$250

Your initial evaluation is a comprehensive, up to 60 minute session designed to understand your body fully—not just your symptoms. This visit includes a detailed health history, full-body assessment, discussion of your goals, and creation of a personalized plan of care.

Follow-Up Sessions

 

Prenatal, Postpartum, Primary Physical Therapy

​In-office & Virtual

$200 per session

Follow-up visits focus on implementing and progressing your plan of care. Sessions may include hands-on manual therapy, corrective and functional exercises, nervous system reeducation, movement training, and education tailored to your daily life and goals.

 

Follow-up sessions are up to 60 minutes and scheduled based on your needs—not a preset protocol.

Packages are designed to provide continuity, flexibility, and long-term support while offering greater value than single sessions.

 

Fertility Foundations Program

A whole-body fertility support plan designed to regulate, restore, and prepare your body for conception.
