Pricing & Insurance

 

Dr. Curls for the Girls is an out-of-network cash-pay practice. 

Every appointment is one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Evaluations are thorough with an emphasis on whole-body functioning. Treatment plans are progressive and collaborative to ensure the best results. 

If cost is a barrier, out-of-network reimbursement is available. We work with Thrizer to help patients submit claims directly to their insurance, which can significantly offset the cost of care. HSA and FSA cards are also accepted.

 

What’s Included in Every Session

 

Every appointment at Dr. Curls for the Girls includes up to 60 minutes of one-on-one time with a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy.

That time includes hands-on assessment and treatment, education specific to what your body is doing, and home programming you can actually follow.

Signature Care Packages

​

Most patients see the best results through a package rather than individual sessions. Not because single sessions are not valuable, but because the kind of work that creates lasting change takes time, consistency, and a provider who can track your progress across visits.

Packages are priced to reflect that continuity and to make the commitment more accessible than paying session by session. All sessions in a package are used within 12 months of your first visit, so you have real flexibility as your body and schedule change.

Individual evaluation and follow-up sessions are also available if you want to start with a single visit before committing to a package.

Fertility Foundations Program

A whole-body fertility support plan designed to regulate, restore, and prepare your body for conception.

Intentional, trimester-based support for a comfortable pregnancy and confident birth.
